Council Agendas
Council Meetings are held every first Monday of the month, unless it falls on a holiday. All meetings are open to the public and Meeting Minutes are located at City Hall, available to the public depending on completion of an open records request.
Individuals desiring to have a topic placed on the City Council agenda must submit that request to the City Clerk. The request must include: the date of the request, the Council meeting day you desire to address the Council; the name, the address, phone number and email address of the entity/presenter of the topic to be presented and a brief description of the topic to be discussed. You are not required to use the city form as long as all the required data is on your request. Submissions are due to the City Clerk by the close of business on the Friday before the first Monday of the month. Agenda submissions received after the due date will be placed on the next month's Council Agenda. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
