If bills are not PAID IN FULL by the 20th at NOON of each month, your service WILL BE DISCONNECTED and a $30.00 CUT ON FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO EACH ACCOUNT NO SECOND NOTICE OR HANG-UP WILL BE GIVEN.
