Willacoochee Senior Center Site Manager
This position oversees staff work and arranges venues and schedules for meetings between all the individuals contributing to tasks. They communicate with clients and employers about projects, events, campaign goals, and expectations. Their responsibilities are assisting with the collaboration to establish budgets and allocate funds, delegating tasks to appropriate team members, and maintaining files and records.
This classification aims to plan, develop, and implement meaningful programs for the center's senior citizens.
· Plans and implements classes for senior citizens; determines which classes to offer depending on past success and future interest of the senior population; and determines the class schedule including days and times of each class.
· Documents daily attendance of each class given to determine the interest level and viability of the activities;
· Manages the enrollment process of the center clients.
· Oversees each of the contract instructors when applicable;
· Monitors the success of the programs and activities; replaces them when necessary.
· Assist with meals on wheels;
· Driver and operate a passenger van for off-site events.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
· Valid driver’s license;

Ability to deal effectively with community agencies.
Ability to relate effectively with the elderly.
High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
Ability to use a computer (Windows, Word, Publisher, Excel, Access)
